Lost and Found

For items left in the public areas of Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE), including the parking garage, the ticketing, baggage claim or RTA levels, or at the rental car facility, travelers should contact the Airport Information Desk at 1.216.265.6030.

For items left in an airline hold room or on board an aircraft, travelers should contact the airline directly. Telephone numbers for the airline lost and found services are the same as for lost baggage. Please visit the Lost Baggage section of this site for a complete list of those numbers.

Information Desk

The Airport Information Desk is located in the main terminal, on the ticketing level between the ticket counters for Southwest Airlines and USA3000 Airlines, near the B checkpoint. The Airport Information Desk provides assistance to travelers, their families, friends and business associates. It provides paging services, directions, lost and found, airline contact information, and help passengers navigate Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE).

The Airport Information Desk is staffed seven days per week, 365 days per year, from 6:00 a.m. until 11:30 p.m. (EST). The Airport Information Desk can be contacted on any white courtesy phone by dialing 6030, or from any telephone by dialing 1.216.265.6030.

Persons with Disabilities

Automobile parking for persons with disabilities is available in both on-airport garages. Designated parking spaces for persons with disabilities are located on each level of the hourly/daily garage, and on the first floor of the long term garage, between the elevator and stairway. Both garages are connected to the terminal by an enclosed connector with a moving walkway.

CLE is equipped with:

* Wheelchair accessible restrooms on each of the four concourses as well as on the baggage claim level of the main terminal

* TTY telephones throughout the four concourses and the main terminal

* ADA accessible elevators

* Family restrooms are located in the center of the baggage claim level of the main terminal, next to the USO Office, and on the south end of the baggage claim level. One additional family restroom is located on Concourse A, just beyond the A checkpoint screening area. Family restrooms are large enough to accommodate two or more individuals, and are wheelchair accessible and ADA compliant.

* Electric cart service runs continuously on Concourses C and D

Travelers who wish to have wheelchair service made available to them while in the terminal should contact their selected airline for assistance.

From the North (Downtown Cleveland):

1. Proceed to I-71 south to the “Airport-Route 237” exit sign (one exit past the West 150th Street exit).
2. Bear to the left toward State Route 237 under the “Airport” exit sign and follow State Route 237 into the airport. Parking may be accessed immediately ahead in either the long-term or short-term parking garages.

From the South (Ohio Turnpike and/or southern communities):

1. Proceed to I-71 north to the Snow Road exit sign (one exit past the Bagley Road exit).
2. Exit left onto Snow Road and proceed to State Route 237. Turn right onto State Route 237 and follow Airport exit sign into the airport. Parking may be accessed immediately ahead in either the long-term or short-term parking garages.

From the East (eastern communities):

1. Proceed (via I-71, I-77 or I-271) to I-480 west to the Airport exit sign.
2. Follow the Airport exit sign into the airport. Parking may be accessed immediately ahead in either the long-term or short-term parking garages.

From the West (Ohio Turnpike and western communities):

1. Proceed to I-480 east to the Brookpark Road exit sign (one exit past the Great Northern exit).
2. Turn left onto Brookpark Road and proceed to State Route 237.
3. Turn right onto State Route 237 and follow the Airport sign into the airport. Parking may be accessed immediately ahead in either the long-term or short-term parking garages.
